Thistledown Racetrack, commonly known as Jack Thistledown Racino, is a thoroughbred race track and casino in North Randall, Ohio, just outside of Cleveland. The track was formed in 1931 and instantly came under the regulation of the Ohio Racing Commission.

After a series of staggering losses, reporting net losses up in the $90 million, ThistleDown's parent company, Magna Entertainment filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and announced the racetrack was up for sale in 2007. It was purchased in 2010 by Harrah's Entertainment (now Caesars Entertainment) for $43 million. The track turned into a joint venture between Rock Ohio Caesars and Rock Gaming in 2012.

In August 2012, Rock Ohio Caesars announced plans to invest $88 million to develop a racino, and enhance the venue with a transformation of its grandstand’s floor, plus a 60-seat restaurant, 2 food courts, and a lounge.

Because the track races under the Ohio 7/7 Program, this means live racing is held at two locations in the state at the same time. In the summer, ThistleDown holds seven races on a card along with Belterra Park Gaming & Entertainment Center, and in the fall, Beulah Park takes over instead of Belterra Park.

The track is home to the Ohio Derby, the only graded stakes race in the state, and also hosts overnight handicaps and minor stakes from April through September.
