Both teams made some big offseason moves, bringing in some big name players to help them turn their fortunes around. Seattle looked like they made the right moves when they were winning earlier in the season, but after 22 games, Texas is the team on top of the division.

It will be the first home game for the Diamondbacks in a while, after playing their last seven games on the road. The Phillies have been playing good baseball recently, but are in a very tough division, and will need to win games like this to keep up with the other teams in their division.
The Los Angeles Angels and New York Yankees will meet for the first time this season in a three game series that is set to begin on Friday, April 25, 2014 at Yankee Stadium in New York. The Angels have the second best road record in the American League, and are also the second best offensive team, which might be a handful for the Yankees who are in the bottom half of the American League in pitching.
Division rivals Pittsburgh Pirates and the St. Louis Cardinals are set to meet for the second time this season in St. Louis, Missouri. The Pirates won two out of the three games they played earlier this season, and will be trying to get their season back on track against the Cardinals, who knocked them out of the payoffs last year.

The Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors are two of the most exciting and high scoring teams in the NBA, the Clippers scored 107.9 points per game during the regular season, and had the league's best offense, while the Warriors scored 104.3 per game, which was the league's 10th best offense.
The Memphis Grizzlies are a team that nobody wanted to play in the playoffs, because they have been one of the hottest teams in the league since the middle of January. They create a matchup nightmare for most teams in the league because of their big men Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol, who can score and play defense, and generally have their way with their opponents' big men.
