BALLER BRACKET 200% BONUS RULES

• This promotion is available for deposits received between February 19th to April 6th, 2020.
• The minimum deposit amount required to participate in this promotion is $200 USD. The maximum bonus awarded is $3,000.
• This promotion carries an 18x rollover requirement and a two (2) week hold period, prior to withdrawal.
• This promotion will only apply for deposits received via eligible methods of cash payment. Credit card deposits do not apply. Please consult with our sales department for instructions on how to make a qualified deposit using this offer.
• The bonus offered with this promotion may be redeemed unlimited times, once per qualifying deposit.

BALLER BRACKET ENTRIES

• Entries will be accumulated from February 19th to March 26th, 2020.
• Every qualifying deposit of $200 or more equals to one contest entry. 
• All accounts that have deposited $200 USD or more between December 1st, 2019 and February 2nd, 2020 will receive 1 courtesy entry.
• Entries are accumulative and will be added automatically to your account.
• Entries are non-transferable.
• All contest entries must be redeemed from March 23rd, 2020 to tip off on March 26th, 2020. Entries submitted after the cut off time will not be accepted.
• Clients are encouraged and required to manually submit their picks for the Baller Bracket. To redeem these entries, clients must complete the following steps:
• 1) Go to the Bracket Page.
• 2) Log in using account number and password and click on "SUBMIT BRACKET"
• 3) Fill out the Sweet 16 bracket with your favorite picks.
• 4) Click "Submit" and repeat in case of multiple entries.
• Entries will be graded and winners will be announced on our website on April 10th, 2020.

• Accounts with more than one (1) winning entry will only get the higher prize awarded.
• Employees of the Sponsoring Company, their affiliates involved in this contest, and members of the immediate families of such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, and any other person residing in the same household whether or not related.
• Any dishonored payment will invalidate a participant's entry and disqualify him/her from winning any prize.
• Images used to portray the prize are for display purposes only and may not depict exact prize details.
• The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and proof of entry into the competition at the time that the prize is collected. All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing and maintaining the Sponsor with accurate contact information.
• The winner(s) agree upon acceptance of the prize that they are required to have a photo(s) and or video(s) taken for promotional purposes directly after their win and that this material can be used in any future promotional material.

BALLER BRACKET CONTEST GENERAL RULES

• Places will be decided by both selection accuracy and time of entry submission. Entry submission time is the tie-breaking factor where the accuracy of selection is equal. The entry that was submitted earlier will be deemed a winner. 
• Accounts resulting with more than one (1) winning entry will only get one prize awarded, the highest prize of any they should win.
• We reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
• We reserve the right to make the final judgment on all matters pertaining to the Baller Bracket Contest including the right to change or modify the rules or prizes or to discontinue or extend the contest without prior notice. Any changes will be immediately published on the competition home page.
• If a winner is disqualified, we reserve the right to determine an alternate winner.
• We reserve the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who forged, manipulated, hacked or tampered with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in connection with accepting or using a prize or participating in this promotion, except for any loss liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes or misuse of any prize.
• By participating in the Baller Bracket Contest each entrant acknowledges that his/her entry in the Baller Bracket contest constitutes that entrant’s consent to for the Contest Sponsor to use, publish, reproduce and for all purposes, including publicity, promotion, and advertising, in any media (including without limitation, the Internet, television or offline promotions), each winner’s name, voice, likeness, and any portion thereof, each extending throughout the universe and in perpetuity without further compensation, credit or right of review or approval, except where prohibited by law.
