SPORTSBETTING RULES

The following rules and regulations are for baseball betting at Betmania Sportsbook:

  • When betting on run lines, game totals, or team totals, both listed (starting) pitchers must start, otherwise there is "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" on straight bets, and parlays drop to the next lower level depending on the amount of teams in the parlay.
  • A baseball game becomes authorized for money line betting purposes after 4.5 innings if the home team is winning, or five innings if the visiting team is winning. The totals and run lines for a baseball game that is not official will have No Action.
  • For run lines and game totals also known as the over/under, a baseball game becomes official for grading after 8.5 innings if the home team is winning or nine innings if the visiting team is winning.
  • If a game is annulled or postponed, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning that is unless the home team scores to a run to tie the game, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. In this case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called official.
  • Bets will be reimbursed on money line bets if the home team ties the game, and then the game is suspended or annulled.
  • If a game goes past nine innings and is not completed due to a suspension, curfew or rain delay, and then there is action on game total and run line wagers.
  • The game must be played on scheduled the date and site advertised.
  • All Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned in these rules and regulations.

Pitcher Selection Baseball

  • All baseball wagers will be recognized in the following manner:
  • Action: When the bet is a team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher, All "Action" bets will be adjusted to the new opening line with the new pitcher and the risk remains the same. A pitcher is considered a starting pitcher after throwing just one pitch in the game.
  • One specified pitcher: A wager on a specific pitcher can be the pitcher for the same team the customer is betting on or the other team’s pitcher.
  • Listed pitchers: A bet that specifies both starting pitchers as advertised in the starting lineup. If the starting pitchers are not the ones listed on the big betting display board and/or the betting ticket, your bet will be graded as "no action".

Soccer Bet Types:

Asian Handicap or Goal Line

If Real Madrid wins the match by two goals or more, Real Madrid bettors win and Barcelona bettors lose. If the match is drawn or if Barcelona wins, Barcelona bettors win and Real Madrid bettors lose. If Real Madrid wins by exactly one goal, all bettors receive a refund.

  • Double Handicap: This bet type splits a wager into two bets, each with the same moneyline, but at a different single handicap.

    For example:

    - Real Madrid -1¼ -115

    - Barcelona   +1¼ -105

A client who risks $100 on Real Madrid actually has two separate bets on Real Madrid: $50 on Real Madrid -1 at -115 and $50 on Real Madrid -1.5 at -115.

A client who risks $50 on Barcelona actually has two separate bets on Barcelona: $25 on Barcelona +1 at -105 and $25 on Barcelona +1.5 at -105.

There are two main ways to bet on NASCAR and other motor racing events. The first type is betting on the out-right winner of the race and the second way is betting on the winner of a predetermined matchup.

Betting on the field means all drivers that are not listed on the win-outright prices.

The example below are types of wagers accepted:

(Straight Wager): Jeff Gordon 1/1 or 100 to win 100

Dale Jarrett 2/1 or 100 to win 200

Mark Martin 2/1 or 100 to win 200

Mark Skinner 5/2 or 100 to win 250

Dale Ernhardt 7/5 or 100 to win 140

If a substitute driver replaces a driver during the race, then the new driver will replace the old driver in all wagers, matchups and props.

Some driver vs. driver match ups may have a handicap. Example ( If Jimmie Johnson is -2.5 positions against another driver that means Jimmie Johnson must win that match up by 3 positions or more from where they finish at the race’s conclusion for the wager to be graded a winner.)

When offering live betting on NASCAR matchups, those matchups will be for the entire race.
