GENERAL RULES

  1. All services provided by Betmania are intended for recreational players, and we reserve the right to refuse, limit or close any customer account if it’s found not to be a recreational player.
  2. Betmania allows only one (1) account per person, per house hold, per IP address and shared computer environment such as public library.
  3. You must be at least 18 years of age or older and of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services.
  4. Customers contacting our representatives will be asked to identify themselves providing their registered user and password credentials.
  5. All customer claims must be brought to management's attention no later than (1) one week from the day the bet in question was placed. No claims will be honored after this period.
  6. Claim resolution will normally be achieved within 24 hours of having received the complaint.
  7. Generally, postponed and/or rescheduled sporting events will constitute a No Action Bet, and money will be credited back to the account once the game has been officially postponed. Certain sports have exceptions such as Soccer, Tennis and Golf matchups where wagers may be valid for 24 to 48 hours. See our sports rules for more information.
  8. All bets must be placed and accepted before the start of the event wagered upon. Any bet placed after the event has started will be void unless approved by a manager.
  9. Betmania's management reserves the right to refuse or limit the maximum amount allowed on any bet prior to acceptance of such bet. Members are not permitted to open multiple accounts either in their name or someone else’s in order to circumvent the limits imposed by our wagering staff. If multiple accounts are used all bets will be void and profits will be reversed.
  10. All horse wagers must be placed two (2) minutes prior to the start of the race.
  11. Betmania reserves the right to suspend any of its products at any time. When a product is suspended any wagers entered will be rejected. Betmania also reserves the right to cease wagering on any of its products indefinitely any time without notice.
  12. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, all wagers will be deemed “no action", and funds will be credited accordingly. No player will ever benefit from wagering on a clear error in our lines, scheduled times or maximum wager limits.
  13. When wagering on half-time lines, the over-time period(s) are included as a part of the second half.
  14. All minimums, maximums, and betting payout prices are subject to change without prior written notice.
  15. Maximum betting payout for any parlay is $100,000 and maximum combined daily winnings for any account is also $100,000.
  16. It is prohibited to parlay the same team with both the point spread and the money line. Multiple bets including parlays, teasers and if bets or reverses are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another; as these are considered correlated plays. It is also prohibited to parlay, tease, or play if bets with spread and total of any game where the full game spread is approximately 1/3 of the total for the full game.
  17. Free Plays can only be used on major sports and cannot be used on prop bets. Free Plays can ONLY be used in the following wager types: Straight wagers, parlays up to 3 teams and 2 team teasers and money line odds must be between +/-200, Betmania reserves the right to adjust all betting payouts or void any wager according to these parameters. Buying points is not allowed in free plays.
  18. In the event funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify Betmania of aforesaid error without delay. For accounts with negative balances, Betmania reserves the right to cancel any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not.
  19. No credit will be offered to any customer by any employee of Betmania, all wagers accepted must be supported by sufficient available funds in the customer’s account. We reserve the right to void any wager which may have inadvertently been accepted when funds were not available to cover the bet.
  20. All winnings will be credited to the customer’s account. Any winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and Betmania reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds, either at the time or retrospectively.
  21. Betmania reserves the right to close any account or group of accounts if they are suspected of fraud and or abuse of our bonuses program. In the event an account or group of accounts are found within the Betmania system, where the customers have conspired to fraudulently or maliciously manipulate our line offerings to guarantee themselves profits regardless of the outcome of the events, Betmania reserves the right to cancel any or all wagers and profits derived from such fraudulent activity as well as terminate the accounts in question permanently.
  22. Betmania is a recreational sportsbook. Steamers and/or originators are not accepted. If an account happens to fall under any of those 2 categories (steamers and/or originators), management has the right to revoke free plays, cash bonuses and/or winnings and to limit and/or close the account.
  23. Betmania defines “Playing Steam or Chasing Steam” as follows: Deliberately wagering on a line that is moving across several betting offices before it has been moved at our establishment with the purpose of gaining an advantage, this is also typically known as playing moves.
  24. Betmania reserves the right to suspend any account based on abusive behavior from the customer towards any staff member of Betmania. The account may be re-opened after a warning has been issued to the client, however if such abusive behavior continues management reserves the right to terminate the account permanently.
  25. House Rules will supersede at all times any verbal or written offering of any staff member of Betmania

Wagering Over the Phone

  1. When calling Betmania the customer must give their personal account number and their password before placing a bet or gaining access to their account information.
  2. All conversations will be recorded in case they are needed in the future to settle any discrepancies over the information relayed or accepted during a phone call. The recording will be played to settle any disputes and after reviewing the recording the wagers will be adjusted accordingly.
  3. When receiving the final read back on a phone call from the customer service representative, it is up to the customer to listen carefully and verify that the wager(s) was read back correctly.
  4. Once the customer has confirmed the read back all bets will be confirmed. After accepting the read back, the only way that a wager will be cancelled is if the customer places a wager on the opposite side of the original wager.
  5. If a dollar amount has been placed on a bet and the phone call is disconnected or lost, it is up to the customer to call back. The customer will have to call back before post time to assure that the wager was accepted and placed correctly.
  6. $25.00 dollars is the minimum amount of any wager accepted on sporting events at Betmania.
  7. All actions will be carried out and completed if the correct username and password is provided.

Wagering Over the Internet

  1. The customers must log in by using their personal account number and password before they may wager or access their account information.
  2. It is the customer's responsibility to keep their password secure. All wagers placed in the account will be binding. Any unauthorized use of an account is the sole responsibility of the account holder and Betmania cannot be held liable.
  3. It is the customer's responsibility to review the wagers before submitting them, and before logging out to make sure all bets were placed correctly. All wagers placed over the internet are final, and cannot be changed or deleted.
  4. Minimum wager on sporting events is ($5.00) dollars.

Horse Wagering

Betmania offers daily horse racing betting on various tracks around the world, you may call our betting line to place your bets or if you prefer you may access our online racebook.

All horse wagers will follow the rules detailed here:

  1. A time stamp will be placed on all horse bets and bets must be placed 2 minutes prior to the start of the race.
  2. Bets will not be accepted after post time. In the event the race starts before the advertised post time and for that reason the customers are able to place bets after the race has started all bets are void.
  3. Betmania will not be liable for bets that were unsuccessfully entered before post time. We recommend that our clients check their pending wagers before login out of their accounts to ensure the wagers were placed correctly.
  4. All bets are final once they have been confirmed and submitted.
  5. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove customers from our Horse Rebate Program at any time.
  1. Bonuses at Betmania are all subject to the following rules and regulations. Promotions are restricted to one per deposit, per person, account, household, email, telephone number; same payment account (e.g. Moneybookers, Neteller, etc.) and shared computer such as school, public library or workplace, with no exceptions that will be made to this rule.
  2. If a member has numerous accounts, all promotional bonuses or credits achieved and winnings produced from the account will be worthless and void and will be subtracted from the account.
  3. All promotional contributions are planned for recreational players only, Betmania reserves the right to award, refute or reverse any promotional contribution to any customer at any time if it is determined that the customer is not eligible to take part in such promotion or was found to have mistreated our bonus and promotion program.  Management reserves the right to refute or retract this promotion at any time to any customer regardless of the situation.
  4. Management reserves the right to refute or retract any bonus at any time to any customer it believes is not eligible to receive such promotions.
  5. Any customer found to be playing steam moves or who is found to be part of a gambling organization as well as those who misuse our bonus and promotions program will have all promotions cancelled and all winnings from them will be annulled and worthless.
  6. The bonuses are only offered on new money, if a member has recently withdrawn funds from his account, the client will be required to make up the total amount of the payout in deposits before being eligible for a bonus. This is bonuses are not abused as described earlier.
  7. Customers who have recently taken a payout from any of our sister sites and have not since made up the payout amount in deposits will not be eligible for a bonus with another sportsbook within the family to include Betmania.
  8. In order to qualify for a bonus the player must be in a lifetime net loss position over the career of their playing times at the sportsbook in question. A client whose account is in a lifetime positive position will not be eligible for re-load bonuses.
  9. Bonuses are not credited routinely and the client must contact Customer Service directly upon having made the deposit in order to convert any bonuses or upgrades.
  10. Once a bonus has been recognized it cannot be sacrificed by the customer and all terms and conditions stemming from it must be accomplished before any withdrawal can be administered.
  11. For rollover determinations the lesser amount between the risk and the win on each eligible wager is the one that is measured.
  12. Bets placed with a free play do not count towards any of the rollover.
  13. The term "rollover" merely means you must wager the quantified amount at least that many times before requesting a payout.  For cash bonus purposes, if you deposit $100 and receive a 10% Re-Up Cash Bonus with a 3 times rollover prerequisite, you would only need an amount of $330 ($110 of the deposit plus the cash bonus x 3) at a minimum in action prior to wishing for a payout. For free play bonus purposes, if you deposit $100 and receive a 10% Re-UpFree Play  Bonus with a 3 times rollover prerequisite, you would need to roll $100 +  free play winnings a total of 3 times prior to requesting a payout.  Once you have acknowledged a bonus, you cannot request a payout before the rollover obligation is satisfied.
  14. Rollover calculations start from the moment the first wager is placed after a deposit has been made unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms and conditions.
  15. Rollover calculations do not include any pending wagers, only wagers that are settled and have a status of win or loss are tallied in the rollover report.
  16. Wagers that result in a termination due to postponed events or the wager resulting in a push or no action do not count towards the rollover.
  17. In the event that a Free Play wager results in a annulment or no action the customer must contact our wagering department by calling in or email in order to discuss the amount risked and have it be refunded to the client's free play balance and permitted to be wagered at a later time.
  18. In the event that a customer funds his account while still having a balance from a previous deposit where a bonus was bestowed, the client must then finish all rollover and holding periods that is required by each of these deposits before a withdrawal can be handled.
  19. Any customer who is bestowed a promotion including no deposit promotions, contest winnings from affiliates or sponsor sites must comply with all terms and circumstances of such promotion before any withdrawal can be administered.
  20. Promotions cannot be mutual with other contributions or promotions.
  21. Restrictions apply on circled and limited games.
  22. Betmania considers wagering on both sides of the game using any form of promotional money (free play or cash bonus) duplicitous conduct. This includes making bets of this nature with anyone of our affiliate sites, and any money won from playing both sides of the same game will be deducted along with any other promotional money endorsed to the customer and may result in annulment of the clients wagering account and accruing more penalties based on the offense.
  23. Wagering on both sides of the same game for the sole determination of finishing a rollover obligation is absolutely forbidden and such wagers will not count towards the rollover and any winnings resulting from such activity will be overturned.
  24. All promotional offerings and policies are solely at the discretion of Betmania and are subject to annulment or alteration without warning or prior notice.
  25. Betmania reserves the right to remove the availability of any and all offers to any customer at any time.
  26. These Bonus and Promotions rules will supplant any verbal or written offering of any employee of Betmania.
  27. Transfers between accounts will not be eligible for bonuses.

Casino Bonus Rules

  1. Casino rebates may be requested from the 1st to the 5th of every month, for the amount of 10% based on the previous month's net losses vs deposits made during that month, and comes with a 5x rollover required of winnings prior to withdrawal.
  2. In the occasion that the client uses the bonus money or its winnings to place a bet on sports in the sportsbook section of the site, the amount of the bet cannot surpass 10 percent the amount of the original bankroll.

Bonus Elegibility

All of the bonuses and promotions given at Betmania are envisioned for recreational players and any customer who is believed to not to be a recreational player is not qualified for any bonuses or promotions of any kind at any time. A customer who resides outside of the Americas need to communicate with the support team to confirm if they are qualified to receive bonuses.

Free Play Rules and Regulations

Free Plays can only be used on any of the four major sports as long as the wager consists of point spreads and totals. Money lines are only allowed for Baseball and not for any of the other sports.

Free plays can only be used certain wagering types to include any of the following.

  1. Straight wagers on side, totals
  2. Parlays up to a maximum and never exceeding three teams
  3. Teasers up to a maximum and never exceeding two teams
  4. Money Lines must be between -200 and +200.
  5. Free plays will be displayed in a different manner from the customers cash balance and can only be used to wager on sports. All rollover requirements must be accomplished in sports and it does not include casino or horse racing action that will count towards the rollover.

Free Play Restrictions:

  1. Proposition bets or futures are not permissible
  2. Controlled or restricted games cannot be parlayed or teased
  3. Maximum wager limits recognized for each sporting event will apply when using a free play.
  4. Free plays are limited to the winnings only. The free play amount exposed will not be refunded to the player when a free play wager results in a win for the client.
  5. Maximum payout for any Free Play is $5000.
  6. Free play funds cannot be used to bet Asian handicap lines in soccer.

Rollover Calculation:

The formula for the rollover calculation for free play bonuses at Betmania will be as follows:

  1. Formula: The original deposit added to the transfer fees (when applicable) added to the Free Play winnings (when applicable) multiplied by the definite rollover requirement of the bonus

Cash Bonus Rules

Grading of Sporting Events

We strive to settle all wagers as soon as possible and in most instances we are able to this within 15 minutes of a game being finalized.

The standard time frame for settlement of different types of wagers are listed below, however these are subject to official scores being available; if discrepancies arise within our official score sources there may be delays in the grading process.

  1. Money Line, Spread and Totals for full game and half times are generally graded within a maximum of 15 minutes of the game’s conclusion.
  2. Proposition and future bets are usually graded within 1 to 2 hours of the conclusion of the event but may take up to 24 hours if the official sources are quoting different scores.

Internet-based transfers

Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Some of the data processors involved in the process of your transactions with us such as but not limited to deposits may be based outside of our jurisdiction. Therefore, by browsing our website, communicating electronically with us and in general utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of your personal data in this way. Internet-based transfers

Your credit card will be billed immediately after purchase.

All transactions are in USD. Your purchase will show on your next credit card statement, since we use several processors the descriptor on your statement may vary from one transaction to the next, if you are unsure about a charge on your card please contact our security department at [email protected].

Cancellations

If your card shows a double charge, or was charged by mistake or without your authorization, we will consider your claim and if a valid case is presented we will take the necessary steps to correct the issue.

Any member found to be committing credit card fraud of any kind would be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution. Winnings resulting from the illicit use of such credit cards will automatically be forfeited.

Chargebacks

In the event that a client is disputing charges all funds will be frozen in the account pending the resolution of such claim.

If a chargeback has been received the amount of the deposit will be reversed and all winnings generated from it will be forfeited.

Personal Information

It is the responsibility of each member to keep their personal information including physical address, phone numbers and email address up to date.

Customers may have only one address registered at a time and this must match the billing address of any cards used to fund the account. In the event that this is not possible, customer may be required to send in additional information including bank statements, utility bills and secondary forms of id before a withdrawal will be processed. Failure to comply may result in the account being audited.

Multiple Accounts

No member is allowed to have multiple accounts either with Betmania.ag or any of our affiliate sites for the purpose to circumvent our wagering limits or take advantage of our bonus and promotions program. If such accounts are found they will be terminated and all wagers will be rendered void and null.

Account Closure
